1 General Provisions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the acebdt platform ("acebdt", "we", "site") and its users ("you", "member"). By visiting the acebdt.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following qualifications are required to create an account and use services on acebdt:

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

acebdt may request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. The right to withhold withdrawals is reserved if there is no response. Large withdrawals may not be processed until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

All transactions and bets completed on your account will be considered to have been made with your consent, unless you contact us regarding unauthorized access.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposits

Currently accepted payment methods on acebdt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted and are prohibited. We monitor all transactions to prevent money laundering.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit

6 Bonus and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

acebdt offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means bets worth 10 times the bonus amount must be completed before becoming eligible for withdrawal. If the wagering requirement is not met, direct withdrawal from the bonus is not permitted.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, favorable bet patterns), the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• acebdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• Weekly cashback for VIP members: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The account must have a sufficient balance for a bet to be valid.

7.2 In Case of Event Cancellation or No Result

If a cricket match, football match, or other sports event is cancelled or not completed, the related bets will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded. acebdt's decision in this matter is final.

7.3 Technical Errors

acebdt reserves the right to void incomplete bets or game rounds due to system errors, network disruptions, or software issues. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded, but no potential winnings will be paid out.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The game provider's own rules apply. It is advised to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system or RNG
• Intentionally placing opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage)
• Submitting false identities or forged documents
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Threatening, harassing, or launching cyberattacks against the platform

acebdt reserves the right to investigate or close suspicious accounts at any time without providing a reason.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by acebdt

If evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity is found, acebdt may close an account without notice. In such cases, there is no obligation to return any balance.

9.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact support. Subject to applicable withdrawal conditions being met, the balance will be sent before closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion under Responsible Gaming

13 Changes and Updates to Terms

acebdt reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The effective date of changes will be noted at the top of the page. Members may be notified of significant changes through their registered contact method.
